Exness support — what a request needs to identify — Papua New Guinea
An Exness support request is answered against one account, so the reply is built around what identifies it: the account number, the platform an issue appeared on, and the server time of the order or request in question.
Open Exness Account →An Exness support request is handled against a specific account. The account number, the platform the issue appeared on and the server time of the order or request are what the reply is built around, because those are the details that locate a single event in the trading history. The help centre covers the recurring questions, so a ticket usually carries something that is specific to one account.
Which detail answers which kind of question
| Question type | What to have ready | Where it is visible |
|---|---|---|
| Access to the account | Account number and registered email | Personal Area profile |
| One order or position | Order or position ID and its server time | Trading history in the platform |
| Verification (KYC) | Which document was submitted and when | Verification section of the Personal Area |
Support scope and response times can change; what a request needs to identify — account, platform and server time — does not.
Server time is not local time
Orders, requests and platform messages are stamped in server time. A screenshot that shows a phone clock instead can point at a different candle than the one being described, and the reply then answers the wrong moment.
Both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 show server time in the Market Watch window, and the Exness Terminal shows it alongside the chart. Quoting that value removes the ambiguity in one line.
The trading history is the record
What a platform stores about an order — its ID, volume, open and close price, and the times attached to each — is the record a support reply reads. A description of what appeared on screen is a second-hand version of the same thing.
Exporting the relevant rows, or naming the order ID, turns a description into a reference. The same history is visible in MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and the Exness Terminal, because all of them read one account.
One event per request
A message that mixes a verification question, a platform message and an order together is answered by whichever part is recognised first, and the rest waits for a second round.
Separating them keeps each answer attached to the detail that identifies it, and keeps a later follow-up readable.
What to gather before writing
- Take the account number from the Personal Area profile.
- Open the trading history and note the order or position ID and its server time.
- Note the platform and its version from the About screen, and capture what appeared.
- Describe one event per request, with those details in the first message.
The same four details fit a question about access, about an order or about verification.

| Question about | What identifies it | Where it is visible |
|---|---|---|
| Account access | Account number and the registered email | Personal Area profile |

| Verification | Which document was submitted and when | Verification section of the Personal Area |
| Platform behaviour | Platform name and version, plus a capture of the message | The platform About screen |
Exness support answers per account; the details above say which account and which event a reply should address.

Poor customer support. The customer support process was quite slow and unhelpful, for account verification process took 2-3 weeks as their response is always delayed. Later case was closed without any follow-up
